Almost a home run

What I've noticed with these crampons is that they need to be broken in at first, the webbing strap will eventually stop stretching/bite better. I expected this to be the case and I think the overall design makes a lot of sense. These are fantastic alpine ice, even just ice cragging crampons. The main drawback I'd like to present is the shifting of the heal for narrower-healed boots (G-tech, G-summit, etc.)

After breaking the crampons in I can crank the heal down so the crampons are rigid and stable enough for steep ice, the one thing that gives me some grief when side-stepping ice or standing/hanging at belays is that the heals still tend to shift around a bit in the back making stepping around quite awkward/changing the original feel from when starting the climb, the heal piece is just too wide for these lightweight boots. I have seen these crampons work well for thicker double boots with wider heals, or just larger sized boots.

These crampons are a huge step in the right direction, but there are still improvements to be made! I would suggest adding a few of those retaining "bracket" type pieces to each heal piece's mold, similar to other crampons, that way the heal piece can hug the heal on either side and provide a nice centering after cranking those crampons onto the boots.

Very happy with these crampons

I have used many crampons over the years. these adjusted easily to my size 47 boot and attached securely.. Can't wait for ice season to start.

Fantastic light tech crampon

Picked these up for a ski expedition where we encountered alpine ice at altitude. So lighter weight was paramount but I really appreciate the sharp full tech nature of the crampon. The secondary points are solid too. I do think the bag could be thicker with the sharpness of these points. Definitely be mindful of where/how you pack them!
