Its head is designed in chromoly alloy which guarantees it an effective anchoring and its aluminum handle ensures lightness and strength.

Fantastic Product. Everything I expected from Blue Ice.

I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. I finally got to put the ice axe to the text on some spring touring. I love how light it is. Really a nobrainer to throw on my pack. I took some beginner tourers with me, and they were struggling and were not fully equipped. I created a solid boot staircase with my Blue Ice Harfang Crampons and skied down and showed them how to use the axe to get themselves up the boot path. Very Very Very Happy with my purchase.
