An above the lot complete climbing pack that manages to remain extremely light: it is clearly a BLUE ICE pack. The Squirrel is equipped with our innovative AeroPlus system: a back panel, double-density mesh straps for better air circulation and an ergonomic chest strap for shoulder stability.
Its generous 32-liter volume is ideal for carrying complete bouldering, rock or multi-pitch climbing gear.
A backpanel zippered opening provides easy access to your kit and a built-in daisy chain allows for organization, and a rope carry designed to carry as close as possible to the back for better balance.
The Squirrel 32L is a climbing bag that stands out for its lightness and technical features.

I cannot recommend this bag enough. I was introduced to Blue Ice when I started guiding 4 years ago and needed a bag for institutional and recreational use, and the Squirrel 32L goes above and beyond. I use this bag every day for everything including, cross country skiing, work, travel, etc. This is the crag bag that can do it all.
My favorite thing about this bag is that it has every feature a crag bag needs. Every other company only has some of the features but not all. Specifically I love the outside rope carry (which I have used to hold XC skis), the detachable outside helmet holder, and the back zipping open.
Also, inside the package with my gear was a hand written note by the Blue Ice team saying to enjoy the gear. It’s nice to know how much this company cares about their customers. If you have more stickers you should sell them on the website because mine is almost completely peeled off my water bottle but it’s my favorite sticker.
I've tried several backpacks for multipitch and single pitch trad climbing, and this is far and away the best backpack I've used. The size is big enough to carry shoes, harness, gear, snacks, and a bit of camera stuff without any problems. The external rope and helmet carry is the best on the market in my opinion, and the unzippable back panel makes getting to gear easy even with a rope strapped to the top. This pack competes with alternatives that run double the cost. Cannot recommend this pack enough!
