All are processed within 1 business day from the time the order was placed. Shipping times may be affected by Observed Holidays and inclement weather. Expedited and Express options are not available for PO Boxes or APO. Free shipping does not apply to pro purchase orders. Orders Within Contiguous US :
- Orders Under $100 : $8.95 USPS / 5-10 Business Days
- Orders Over $100 : FREE USPS / 5-10 Business Days
- Expedited : $24.94 UPS / 3-4 Business Days
- Express : $39.95 UPS / 2-3 Business Days
Orders Outside of Continental US :
- Alaska and Hawaii : $19.95 USPS / 7-14 Business Days
- Canada : We do not currently deliver to Canada. Please see dealer locator for your closest shop.
RETURNS
Order may be returned within 60 days of received goods. We do not offer free returns at this time. Due to the nature of our products for Personal Protection Use, we cannot not accept and items that have been used. Tags must still be attached and returned in original packaging. We only accept returns purchased through the BLUE ICE website. If you need to make a return, please contact us for an RA number at info.na@blueice.com.
